Front Desk Receptionist in western cape:
Pros: Interacting with the learners
Cons: being undermined and feeling you not good enough
Office Manager in Brampton:
Hours are very unstable because the director has poor management skills. The idea of compensation and benefits is alien to this director. Once you learn all the duties (which includes teaching, managing, and even cleaning sometimes), there is no space for growth. The work becomes very boring after a while. No sick leaves, no health benefits, not put on payroll, nothing. Forced to leave the center if students cancel, etc. Very unstable job, do not recommend for a long time job.
