Cons: The culture is old and outdated, the expectations and ideas on the most productive working environment need to be updated and revamped, the company is years behind when it comes to technological integration and younger workers are ready for HII to evolve and get with the times. There are little to no opportunities for promotions, growth and job exploration to the very low turnover rate and the high average retirement age.
