Fun Work Environment so long as you have a cool team!
Assistant Manager in Chicago:
Pros: Being able to decide what kind of person is hired, training, and culture!
Cons: Payroll is slim and it can be hard to keep employees on/experience turnover
Occasionally fun and upbeat. Extremely fast paced.

Pros: The items we sell and the people I work with
Cons: They overwork everyone and the pay is not good

Pros: The people, it’s one of the only redeeming qualities
Cons: They will exploit their employees to no end. I work up to the limit of full time and receive no benefits, not only that but they pay so far below industry standards it would be laughable if i were not now homeless because of it.

Cons: The aspect of fearing retaliation when approaching my district manager about conflicts. We don’t see Ida I on a lot of things and she is not very mature in her role or position or life.
