What is it like working at Holiday?

Stressful but amazing. I love my job. Just need a fair pay due to economic reasons.
Senior Maintenance Technician in Pismo Beach:
Pros: Just about everyone and everything
Cons: No complaints at all. But I think a raise is in order to match.. life
Love the customers! Love some of the employees the management that I liked is leaving!

Pros: The customers! My police officers that would come in and check on me to make sure everything was ok!
Cons: The managers that knew I wanted to change and go to morning shift and I was told I by the manager on overnights I couldn’t go cause he would be left with no one and that over night manager goes and takes the morning spot right away from me!

Cons: Toxic workplace, fighting between employees on a day to day basis, strong disagreements, poor management over communication, nobody has determination or any work ethic, very understaffed and poor hours

Pros: The customers, it use to be fun working there till a few ppl have ruined it
Cons: Dealing with the employees that can slack off and never get reported
The work itself isn't bad. It's just bad management.
