Hobby Lobby, Inc. Reviews
What is it like working at Hobby Lobby, Inc.?
It's far from good...
Cashier in Spokane:
Pros: I like dealing with most customers and organizing.
Cons: I don't like the management, the work environment, the way I'm treated, the toxicity amongst coworkers, the way managers favor people more than others, and how much gossip there is
Fast paced, task goals, efficient work.
Customer Service Manager in Puyallup:
Pros: Customer interaction, making them happy and satisfied
Cons: Lack of Communication from upper management and no loss prevention
Great place to work.
Administrative Assistant in Oklahoma City:
Pros: I enjoy working at Hoblob corporate. I feel slightly micromanaged by one of my supervisors, but very trusted by my other supervisor. Overall it’s a great experience and I think they take pretty good care of me.
Cons: Can get stressful in my department. My skills being underutilized at times.
Great position, no upward mobility.
Framer - Art, Mirrors, Pictures in Emporia:
Pros: Knowing what needs done every day
Cons: Lack of upward mobility and staffing
Great place to work because they work with your schedule.
Cashier in Atlanta:
Pros: How managers and co workers are so helpful
Cons: That you have 3 to 4 steps just to enter one item. And learning the ad and departments, so you can do your job. Without learning it there’s no way you could be a cashier.
It is very stressful. And unappreciative.
Retail Department Supervisor in Midland:
Pros: My co workers.
Cons: The way we are treated. And how hard we work for absolutely nothing in return.
Not paid enough for my position.
Stock Clerk, Retail in Phoenix:
Pros: Customes, employees and the craft
Cons: Unable to move to an higher position
