What is it like working at Heritage University?
High stress type of job, but it is very rewarding in so many ways, wonderful caring coworkers and great students.
Admissions Coordinator in Toppenish:
Pros: I love being part of the Physician Assistant education program, knowing we are working together to make a difference in rural and medically underserved areas.
Cons: lack of communication between different departments, doing the job of two to three people, uneven distribution of raises if any.
Credentialing Specialist in Toppenish:
Pros: rewarding to see the success of your students when they graduate
Cons: little interaction between departments, no opportunity for increase in pay.
Very stressful but very rewarding love interacting with student who will go out into the world and make a differnce saving lives.
Administrative Coordinator in Toppenish:
Pros: working with such loving caring individuals, I enjoy helping guide prospective students through the PA admissions process, I love helping people and positions allows me to help prospective students as well as coworkers.
Cons: lack of communication from other departments, when employees leave a position they are not replaced. that persons duties are distributes amongst the remaining employees. Raises were given to a select few university wide other than that we have not been given a raise in over three years.
