Pros: My team. I enjoy helping our new technicians succeed in their roles by offering an extensive training catalog to help them acquire the skills needed to get the job done.
Cons: The overtime required to increase my pay.
Pay is very low for the field. Advancement is impossible.

Pros: Great company policies, they are really great at giving back to the community. Work seems more important that normal ad agencies selling nonsense.
Cons: The pay is terrible. They do not offer overtime, holiday pay, or anything for you to actively work harder to get more money. They take and take and take, but never give. Management is used to working loads of overtime for free, so they expect the same from you.

Good people, good benefits, stable company (secure job, solid revenue, etc.). Lacks sufficient innovation, project management is improving, little to no investment in becoming a data company even though they have majority of market share.
