My experience with Heifer International as Drskt6and Mobile Technician left a me with a persuite of perfecting my skills. This company has a lot of growing and maturing to go through. You'll find that there is a division of who likes who and who doesn't. Where people can be belittle, and talked to in the most unprofessional way possible. There's no room for growth and development to hone your skills. Your ideas will be taken but no chance for you to reap the fruits of it. People that have become complacent and run the department. This will be an entry level position and if you don't have any self value, and be in the get along gang then you might like it. But an independent thinker, and not a follower, don't.
