Healthcare Services Group, Inc. Reviews
What is it like working at Healthcare Services Group, Inc.?
Housekeeping Supervisor in Minneapolis:
With in a little over a year. I have learned to be customer service oriented. But honestly as far as the company training on polices and your compies site. And other things I did not feel I was trained throroughly enough. I was left to figure it out on my own. And the facility I work at the other managers give you attitude. Treat you like they are your boss. Your a 3rd wheel. More training would have been nice.
Would Advise Against.

Cons: The pay variations
Head Chef/Cook:
Our first district manager did nothing for us then split after he found anyone to hire who quit anyway and didn't even tell us he was planning on moving. The next district manager was better but he found another job. Now we haven't even seen the new one he just tells our supervisor what to tell us pretty much not to follow state codes just cheat to get out on time with 2 workers and if work isn't done leave it. What is wrong with people.
Good.
Housekeeper:

The Job Is Great But The Pay Is Horrible.
Housekeeper:
