Health Care Services Corp. Reviews
What is it like working at Health Care Services Corp.?
It’s a stressful job that doesn’t pay well.
Housekeeper in Laurel:
Pros: N/A
Cons: I don’t like that they treat us like we are replaceable
Company is a dinosaur.
Senior Technical Consultant in Chicago:
Pros: Love the people I work with on a day to day basis -- all smart, kind people
Cons: The corporate red tape that has to be cut through by my manager, who should have been promoted to a director over a year ago. STOP with the lean operating, you are making people quit, and reassess your pay structure - there are wildly different salaries for the same job. We all talk to each other. STOP with the cap on increases for a promotion -- this is a huge reason people leave.
Great experience.
Healthcare Consultant in Richardson:
Pros: Ability to consult to clients that trust the word of what you produce.
Cons: Lack of promotion opportunities
A place where you can find a lot of differents patients and win good experience.
Registered Nurse (RN) in Miami:
Pros: The opportunity to learn something new every day.
Cons: The pay scale and benefits could be better.
