Pros: The camaraderie between my coworkers and our customers. It tends to be a friendly atmosphere and a community-minded business.
Cons: The video meetings and trainings. The sound is terrible. It’s just not very accessible for anyone hard of hearing or with sensory processing delays. Also, many of them are a waste of time — the epitome of “this could have been an email.”
