Harness, Dickey & Pierce, P.L.C. Reviews
What is it like working at Harness, Dickey & Pierce, P.L.C.?
Legal Assistant:
I have nice co-workers and nice attorneys. The office is comfortable other than the heat and air system breaks down a lot and the elevators.
Are 100 years old and slow. Not all of the teams and attorneys are nice. Pay is pretty depressing. It seems to be the lowest in the area for intellectual property. Raises are low. A lot of people are leaving, mostly to get better pay. A couple left because they said their team was hard to work with.
Intellectual Property (IP) Assistant:
They have the lowest pay in the area but good training. Like anywhere else, some people are very nice, while others are hard to work with. The benefits are okay. The schedule is flexible if you have a nice attorney.
