Pros: I’m getting more experience and learning as I go
Cons: The workflow is terrible. The deadlines set for each project is unrealistic due to terrible project management. It causes us to work a lot of overtime. It’s very unnecessary when the project managers could stop cutting the hours that my manager gives them at the beginning of each project.
