Pros: It's in a controlled environment
Cons: They didn't give us but 45 days to work
Harbor Freight The Company is AWESOME.

Cons: My specific store is where the issue lies. Inconsistency from managers. No development instead hires friends.

Cons: No communication. Cannot talk with Store Mgr for fear of being talked down to or not taken seriously
