What is it like working at Hansens?

Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Toronto:
Not appreciated, over worked and under paid. The management simply cares about revenue and will push the csr to a breaking point. The customer Service Supervisor has no idea what she is doing, plays favorites and lies to the customers.
It has been challenging to learn how they do things.

Pros: Being treated as though I am appreciated.
Cons: Working different shifts.
