Hanover Research Reviews
What is it like working at Hanover Research?
Senior Research Associate in Arlington:
Like all jobs there are pros and cons of working at Hanover, I would give 3.5 stars if possible. I will say that a lot of this depends on which area you work on, my review is for education content. The pros: ability to work remote, flexiable hours, great coworkers, innovative culture, and lots of oppertunities to be social (happy hours and rec sports teams). The cons: Heavy project schedule, long hours aren't uncommon, 401k matching is very low (only 2% and 4 years vesting), and high turn over rate. The average: PTO and health benefits.
