Cons: Some of the processes are stated rather than being in a written format.

I like working there with the team and management we have that is why I havent looked for work elsewhere.

As being a chief engineer are you never at one place at a time.

Cons: The turnaround rate is so high here people not showing up for work people are not calling and not being disciplined for it
