Night Auditor in Hot Springs:
Pros: Full-time job.
Cons: Some of the processes are stated rather than being in a written format.
Great!

Pros: It is a great starter job but unless you are part of the management team, there’s no real job procession.
Cons: The uncertainty of my hours. Unreliable coworkers
I like working there with the team and management we have that is why I havent looked for work elsewhere.

I do enjoy meeting people. Ive always enjoyed the hospitality work it seems to suit me.

Cons: Not as adequate of compensation for having to run the whole building's maintenance.
As being a chief engineer are you never at one place at a time.

Pros: The guest the guest room number one then my employees
Cons: The turnaround rate is so high here people not showing up for work people are not calling and not being disciplined for it
