Just Another Nursing Job.
Staff Nurse in Kansas City:
Pros: I have a great nursing director. I don't have to work weekends or holidays in my department, but I still only work three days a week. It's a great work/life balance in my department. Tuition reimbursement is nice to seeking higher education.
Cons: Nurse wage step increases are a joke. There is little incentive to perform well on the job because of this.
Really satisfying.
