Pros: In my town, there are daycare workers, factory workers, cooks, cops, and middle management Level business People. Guitar Center is unique for what it is in a place like where I live.
Cons: It’s hard because, In the place where I live, Guitar Center is a really neat job. But you can feel the pressure from the higher ups. It feels very cult like. Guitar Center is never going to be my only priority like that.
Underpaid Guitar Repair Jobs Suck!!

Cons: The amount of stress doesn't match the amount of pay.
The role of my position is very rewarding, but my compensation doesn’t reflect the level of my work.

Pros: Getting to help people make music as well as being able to provide for my own musical endeavors outside of work with the employee discount.
Cons: The way Guitar Center pays their employees needs a better scale that’s more fair to stores of all sizes. The current scales tend to pay more to employees at larger stores than at smaller ones, but the level of work done at both is the same.
