Guardian Reviews

What is it like working at Guardian?

I enjoy my role and working directly with the children and mentoring and coaching staff and student. My biggest inspiration are from the children I work with.
Team Leader, General in Melbourne:
Pros: My job is rewarding and I make a difference to children's lives
Cons: Educators are not appreciated enough and are underpaid. Cleaners are paid more on average.
Menttaly taxing.
Service Desk Analyst in Melbourne:
Pros: Amazing people I talk to daily, and I've gained additional responsibility.
Cons: The pay has not increased along with that responsibility nor has the title.
Dietitian in Nanticoke:
Good management team with great communication. Average rating because of the lower than median average pay rate, no reimbursement for licensure expenses, CDR fees or CEU costs. Performance reviews are not always provided, however you are aware you are doing a good job; the annual raise does not reflect unfortunately.
It's wonderful place to work.
Purchaser in Ankleshwar:
Pros: The culture
Cons: They don't want to spend on their employees
Strategic and combersome.
Category Manager in Auburn Hills:
Pros: Flexibility
Cons: Senior management does not listen, their way or the highway!
