Fast paced.
Retail Department Manager in Madras:
Pros: I order and sell great products my customers often praise me for
Cons: iam expected to complete a overwhelming workload by myself
Front End Manager in Oregon City:
Pros: They're understanding about personal and family issues. They run a business, so they still need you to be reasonable, but they won't harass you for needing to take time for family emergencies or personal health problems.
Cons: Lack of communication between the owners and management. The atmosphere is always a bit tense whenever something needs to be shared with the owners. In situations where you are unsure if they have been made aware of a problem they will often lash out at you if you bring it up if they have already heard about it from someone else. If you have bad news that wasn't your fault they tend to treat you like you were the cause of the issue.
I love it.
Assistant Grocery Store Manager in Corvallis:
Pros: The people I work with is like a family to me. The environment is relaxed and everyone does the best that they can. The employees I supervise know there jobs and do it with little direction from me.
Cons: The amount I am paid
Happy Head Cashier.
Head Cashier in New Holland:
Pros: I am happy with where I work, my supervisors, and our staff. The store is independently owned by a local family and I worked for the husband at another store. If I have any personal or family needs, the owners work with me and all other staff. My co-workers and customers are great!
Cons: N/A
