Grifols, Inc Reviews

What is it like working at Grifols, Inc?

I love working for Grifols.
Training Coordinator in Knightdale:
Pros: Working in a hybrid role and being able to travel.
Cons: Still being a contractor rather than a FT employee of Grifols.
Stressful at times but satisfying.
Plasma Processor in Tacoma:
Pros: contributing to life saving medicine and being treated with respect
Cons: donors can be very rude at times
Extremely micromanaged. Favoritism is extremely evident.
Phlebotomist in Cedar City:
Pros: Flexible hrs for a school job
Cons: High stress due to poor management and high turn over rate
The benefits are worth it all.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Richmond:
Pros: Most of the donors and staff are great to work with
Cons: They need to put more responsible people in lead positions and weed out employees who are lacking in motivation
Paramedic in Raleigh:
Grifols offers pretty good benefits with a very good tuition reimbursement. Pay is average but still better than most EMS agencies. The work can be very repetitive but is stress free. Overall good place to settle down after working the streets for a few years.
The job is so good. The pay is terrible , proteome use the excuse"it's good pay for(insert small town name)" but really starting pay should be 13. Not 10.
Phlebotomist in Rexburg:
Pros: Easy work.
Cons: pay. 3 years= less than three dollars more than what I started at.
Lowest paid company.
Chemist in Los Angeles:
Pros: Up to date environment
Cons: Inconsiderate upper management
