What is it like working at Graybar Electric Co., Inc?
Decent.
Project Specialist in Washington:
Pros: This is a decent company to work for. Not the best.
Cons: The payscale is not accurate. The managers micromanage but do the things they dont allow their employees to do.
Great start in beginning your career in sales.
Inside Sales Representative in Atlanta:
Pros: The benifits are great if your there for the long hall.
Cons: Pay structure
Project Manager, Construction in Seattle:
I would not recommend working at Graybar Seattle. Lack of leadership from the top and unprofessional supervisors makes it one of the miserable places to work. They put money over people. Turnover and the lack of continuity is also a big problem.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Mobile:
Great company with a teamwork mentality. Best benefits of any company I've ever worked for. Competitive pay. A company that cares about it's employees and invests in their future success. I am a lifer.
