Pros: A lot of projects to work one. I can branch out and choose projects that I think will benefit production, Saftey, and quality.

Pros: Participating in a positive team environment
Cons: The demands of a 24/7/365 position
Great people in the plant, bad corporate support.
Process Engineer in Columbus:
Pros: The group leading this plant is amazing to work with and genuinely cares about the people working here, including myself.
Cons: I don't have a clear career path for this company right now, and am looking for the next steps and challenges in my career.
Stressful, More work than time to complete.
Information Technology (IT) Manager in Atlanta:
Pros: Love the company's mission and vision
Cons: lean teams with high expectations to complete work. Everyone says they have too much work
Very little compensation for expectations and knowledge at this level.
Maintenance Mechanic in Kenton:
Pros: Vacation time and getting paid for holidays
Cons: No paid sick days. Loss of seniority at top pay grade jobs. Not a big enough pay gap between operations and maintenance.
The job is ok the overtime is ridiculous management is not familiar with equipment.
