Graham Hospital Reviews

What is it like working at Graham Hospital?

Ultrasound Technologist in Canton:
If you truly want to be overworked and under appreciated, please apply here. In my position, in addition to my 40 hour work week, I was on call 24/7 at least 3 days a week, and for the most part, there was no limit to the things that you could get called in for. There is supposed to be a protocol, but no one is made to follow it. You can complain about it or refuse all you want, but administration will never have your back. They are only concerned with making and / or saving a buck. They are on the low end of the pay scale in health care. I went into health care to take care of people, not to make money for an organization. The sad part is, they could keep really great people if they would just show a little appreciation or take your side once in a while. For me, it was not about the compensation.
