Pros: Have the ability to set my own hour
Cons: Non coders making coding decisions with out consulting with coding or my Director before making changes that directly impact coding and billing reimbursement. Most of the time causing lost reimbursement. Which cause long term effects.
Working for GMH.

Pros: I am give the latitude to work my own schedule and control my employees as I see fit.
Cons: I was hired to be the facilities expert on coding but is only if they like what I have say. If not I have to go to outside resources to back what I am saying before they will take what I have to say as gospel
