Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA):
Working at this company was one of the worst things for me the Nurse's and Unit Manager was unprofessional they way they would treat the Nurse Assistant. The pay wasn't worth all the problems, of never having proper equipment to work with there. The rooms was dirty and they would place put patience in the rooms after someone was discharged.
Multidisciplinary Team Approach.
