What is it like working at Grab?
Full autonomy to deliver what you need to.
Information Technology (IT) Manager in Singapore:
Pros: culture and trust
Cons: communication between teams could be better
It's a place people work at for less than 2 years.
Product Designer in Singapore:
Pros: travel, regional reach and impact
Cons: Politics, nepotism, sexism for roles in higher management
Senior Internal Auditor:
If you look forward for salary jump, you may join Grab and stay here for 2 years maximum & then u shall join other company. Frankly speaking, no job stability in Grab. The company lacks diversity of culture and 80% of their staff are youngsters (i think below 30yo are 50% of them + between 30 to 35yo are 30% of them) with no commitment, have high energy and so ambitious but not upholding togetherness and respect. High biasedness to a certain race.
