Good Company.

Pros: Working as a PM gives ability to work with several departments
Cons: Management is always dicey in making decisions
Software Engineer:
Good culture, work-life balance, health benefits, etc. The work is often challenging and interesting, and many of the problems I've worked on here are downright cool. However, the pay sucks, and some would even call insultingly low. The company is glacial in correcting pay problems too, as they only give pay raises once per year, no matter the circumstances.
