Dental Assistant (Registered) in Murrieta:
Pros: I love our team and how we communicate with one another. I love how our patients care is at the top of all of our priorities.
Cons: Hours and money seem to be an issue with the company. I believe that is most places though.
Dental Assistant:
Working at Gentle Dental is not terrible this is my first cooperate job, but here are a few things I don't like about them. 1.They are super cheap! This company has a lot of money so it confuses me on why they are so cheap! They don't wan to pay dental assistants well, unless you travel or work as a specialty assistant. I wish that I would have asked for a higher pay at my job interview because after I got my year review I only received a 70 cent raise. Mind you I am full time and literally do everything, they treat me and give me the responsibility of a head assistant but don't want to pay me what I am worth. I was expecting a $2.00 raise at the very least. Instead I got words of appreciation like if that's going to pay my bills! Another thing I don't like about them is that they keep partnering with different offices and buying offices instead of fixing the original Gentle Dental offices. All they care about is money and what I mean by fixing, is hiring better employees and appreciating the good ones and paying them what they deserve.
Great patients, but hours, money benifits not great.
Dental Assistant:
Pros: Great people to be around, sometimes!
Cons: Some people are lazy and tell a lot.
