Physical Therapist Assistant in Baltimore:
Worst company I have ever worked for. Constant pressure to attain productivity standards when we had no rehab tech or assistance for patient transport, and no financial incentives to improve performance. No raises, ever! Work Christmas of Thanksgiving? No holiday pay, you have to take another day off. So glad I left, got a $5/ hour increase at my new job, we have a tech and and office manager, much less stressful.
