Underpaid.

Pros: My management is good
Cons: Bad raises and pay for existing employees. New hires out of college start at a significantly higher pay than existing employees with more experience
Good place to start but not to stay unless you are truly passionate on submarines.

You go there for the Security Clearance and Experience.
Mechanical Engineer in Groton:
Pros: Actually getting to and see the product in person
Cons: The Company Culture is bad for young engineers and the company doesn't have a lot of senior personnel to help guide/teach new hires. Pretty boomer attitude around here with people just wating for their next gig.
Not a place for long term growth for an analysis engineer.
