General Assembly Reviews

What is it like working at General Assembly?

State employee life.
Clerical Assistant in Atlanta:
Pros: Every day is something new. I have the opportunity to work on my personal skills. There are still a few perks, including some flexibility.
Cons: Higher positions are filled based on who you know, not how well you will do your job. Pay is often based on who you know and/or how long you've been here. Progress and modernization is slow and difficult.
Long hours and stressful responsibilities.
Operations Manager in Providence:
Pros: The folks in the student experience/campus ops org
Cons: The politics, the lack of diversity, and the unequal pay
