Pros: The people, and resources available.
Cons: Staff are trained to be Jack-of-All-Trades, to be "cross-trained". We are expected to do everything for the brokers, but don't reap any of the rewards. Pay is generalized based upon the name of the position, but the name is not accurate to what we really do. Without us the organization would struggle to market CRE listings. If they want to retain employees, they need to give them long term reasons to stay. Better defined positions, better pay, opportunities at management, less cross-training and more focused roles. Or prepare to keep hiring "new designers" and training them over and over again, constantly worrying about errors and consistency.
