Pros: That I finally can work from home.
Cons: Management lack of productive communication. Medical insurance that doesn't cover anything. No mental health services. No paid vacation. No paid maternity leave. No paid sick time. Not being able to use PTO to cover hours missed for being sick. Having to be yelled at by entitled customers, who mention that they are long time customers as if it changes anything, who think you can change corporate policy just for them.
I am lucky to have all the support from my team and managers.
