Route Sales Representative in Gary:
Pros: People, managing myself, sometimes pay.
Cons: Sometimes pay, no communication, workers with absolutely NO experience especially bosses

Pros: How you are always moving and always pay attention to detail
Cons: Not always the same schedule or having a set schedule to follower

Pros: I actually enjoy the work that I do
Cons: a lot of my fellow co workers are very childish and petty and there is too much favoritism towards certain workers.
The pay is there and there is O. T money to be made, but it’s kind of a “sink or swim, figure it out on your own” type of please.

Pros: The people are friendly for the most part, I’m not micro managed and the pay is decent
