Stressful but Rewarding.
Assistant Project Manager, Construction in Cumberland:
Pros: I like that I am not micromanaged. I have the freedom to do my work without someone looking over my shoulder. I appreciate that my direct supervisor provides me with construction criticism.
Cons: We aren't given yearly raises or performance evaluations. I don't believe that are wages are fair.
Fast Paced and Challenging.
