Freeman Health Systems Reviews
What is it like working at Freeman Health Systems?
Extremely busy.
Cardiac Sonographer in Joplin:
Pros: They have given me the opportunity to grow.
Cons: Lack of communication in all aspects with employees and patients.
Very stressful, understaffed for last 10 years not getting better. Admin does not care how understaffed you are.
Staff Nurse in Springfield:
Pros: Helping surgical patients postpop
Cons: Stress and pressure of understaffing
Network Engineer in Joplin:
My co-workers are some of the best and most talented IT professionals and they make the work I do enjoyable. IT leadership is compartmentalized, with poor communication and little support for frontline staff, with only a few exceptions.
Shuttle Driver:
Super great job asking as the weather is descent which I do not mind weather at all. The inclosed shuttle does NOThave power steering or real heat and air. Visitors have a very hard time getting in and out of it. The job is the best however! Love my bosses! Could not have any better! Freeman is a wonderful employer as well.
