The work is easy stuff. I’ve been doing it for years so yes it’s going to be easy for me.

The food at Freddy's Frozen Custard is very good, probably better than McDonald's.

Cons: How fast paced and stressful it can be working in the kitchen.
General Manager, Restaurant:
Amazing culture and super easy process makes this career rewarding. Great pay and wonderful support. I work for a franchise , but the corporate staff are all super positive and very helpful. Certainly one of the best positions I have ever held.

Pros: I was hired when I was 15, so I was only allowed to work the coldline, food assembly, window, and cash register. so far it is a pretty good workplace and i'm *supposed* to make 12 bucks an hour.

Cons: Nobody wants to do there job and everybody wants to complain when you make them do your job
It's Not the Worst.

Pros: Atmosphere, coworkers, and crewmembers
Cons: have to work for a year averaging 40 hours a week for 1 week PTO, no benefits, or benefits not discussed to employees
Not so good.
Line Cook in Federal Way:
Pros: It is very hard to tell?
Cons: Seems like I'm the only one who wash dishes all the time when everybody else stands around and plays on their phone and does nothing that's part of it that's the bottom line
