Independent fast pace multitasking.
Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurse (WOCN) in Munster:
Pros: Variety, multitasking, cooperation
Cons: Some hostile work environments
Always room for improvement.
Registered Nurse (RN), Operating Room in Lafayette:
Pros: The consistency and paychecks.
Cons: Nurses really do eat their young- and you’re an outsider until you’re not- if that makes sense... (people are less than warm and accepting of others)
No voice.
Registered Nurse (RN) in Lansing:
Pros: The people I directly work with on the floor are great
Cons: Management lies, they always promise things in the future but do not deliver. Profits over patients should be there new motto.
Working hard and making a difference.

Pros: The patients I serve and the people I work with
Cons: The tedious amount of computer work
Used to be better.
Registered Nurse (RN) in Gig Harbor:
Pros: love my manager and coworkers

Under appreciated.
