Forever21 Reviews

What is it like working at Forever21?

Overwhelming but insightful.
Human Resources (HR) Officer in Cape Town:
Pros: Interacting with people Continuous learning
Cons: Underpaid Overworked Underappreciated Exploited
Sales Associate:
Pros: Excellent co-workers, & the occasional outstandingly sweet/civilly polite customer. I have never had more friends. This job really did teach me the concept of hard work & gave me the incentive to finish my schooling (granted that I decided being a minimum wage retail worker is not the lifestyle I would want to permanently have)
Cons: Poor management. Unfair work load, particularly from the management who took advantage of my kind, hardworking disposition. No hours. No commission. Rude/abusive customers. No benefits. No time off or vacation days.
It is a collaborative fast paced hard working enviroment.
Retail Store Manager:
Pros: Your the store owner. You develop processes and procedures for your store where there are areas lacking them. An enviroment where you can learn and not be afraid to fail.
Cons: The target market for this retailer is hard on the presentation of the stores. The return policy is rigid and forces customers to try things on which creates a tremendous amount of merchandise to be returned to the floor during the day.
