Food Lion, LLC Reviews
What is it like working at Food Lion, LLC?
Honestly it wouldn't be so bad if I worked for a Store Manager that isn't extremely lazy and actually cared about their team.
Produce Department Manager (Grocery) in Aiken:
Pros: Merchandising the Produce Department and my employees
Cons: The Store Manager
Always have work to do, but cannot keep employees.
Operations Manager in Lovingston:
Pros: The customers
Cons: Working too hard to cover for others who cannot and will not do their jobs efficiently and effectively. It is destroying my home life...
Deli Associate in Bear:
Pros: Hours are pretty flexible and my manager isn't strict. The department I work in is mostly cohesive with teamwork.
Cons: Those with more experience than me do less than I do for more pay. I understand experience determines pay, but I feel it's unfair for me to do more than my share of work when others with more experience in my field seem to do little.
Great Culture.
Category Analyst in Salisbury:
Pros: The people. Many opportunities to develop if you want to.
Cons: Not as innovative as I would like.
It is a great environment to interact with people.
Customer Service Sales Associate in Grovetown:
Pros: I like the interaction with the customers.
Cons: I do not like the coworkers who put everything on you to do.
Low paying position.
Quality Assurance (QA) Associate in Kannapolis:
Pros: Getting along with other Associates, also i work on my own without being bothered.
Cons: LOW PAY? More Vacation time depending on years you have with company. Low pay raises.
Office Assistant in Lexington:
Pros: great co-workers, management that cares.
Cons: not great pay, hard to get hours, corporate doesn't care about it's employees.
Overall a good place for a young person in school, not good enough to pay bills as an adult.
