Very mediocre.
Assistant Store Manager in Knoxville:
Pros: I love the majority of the people I work with.
Cons: no matter how much I do, it is under appreciated and never enough. out of the 3 assistant managers, I work the hardest and get the least recognition because of the buddy system they have
It is good other then they don't give you the hours you need.

Mostly good but highly stressful.

Cons: Pay is way below average and very short handed and not having right tools to do the job
