It's sometimes rewarding and others it's being belittled by guest it's working hard and very rarely receiving recognition.
Retail Shift Supervisor in Girard:
Pros: My job duties and some employees and guests

Pure hell.
Building Maintenance Worker in Fargo:
Pros: Meeting new people, and working with my coworkers
Cons: There needs to be more communication between management and employees.dealing with rude truck drivers .other employees not caring about there job position and fail to perform there duties, and take no pride in there job duties or job itself.always seem to get easily distracted when it's busy and wonder off wanting or helping other employees s that work there instead of there own.and leave the person there working with doing everything
I feel overlooked and undervalued.
