Exhausting.
Anesthesia Technician in Tampa:
Pros: Some of the Employees
Cons: Some of the Employees
Over worked, under paid , not appreciated. No incentives.
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA):
Pros: 3 day work weeks.
Cons: Employees are made to feel they can never do enough. Their very best isn't good enough. Employees are never complimented or recognized for giving their all every single day. The never ever thank u or compliment you. It is always always negative feed bad. Which would explain their very high turn over rate.
Talented, dedicated, and team oriented.
Registered Nurse (RN), Emergency Room:
Pros: I enjoy working with my co-workers... We work together, as a team, to support our community's medical needs.
Cons: For the past 6 weeks our ER has been flooded with patients making wait times much longer. People get cranky when they feel bad - not to mention waiting sometimes hours in uncomfortable chairs with other sick strangers sitting next to them. It's difficult at times to be kind and understanding of people who are rude, yelling, and demanding things of you.
