Pros: The students and faculty do great things. Great stories to tell. Great programs to promote. A lot of good source material
Cons: Too much cronyism at the top. A sexist, old-boy mentality and an unfair way of giving raises (most of which come from promotions, which are awarded to those who are favored by the administration. It isn't transparent and it isn't done on a fair basis
