Overworked underappreciated.
Property Manager in Sullivan:
Pros: I love my property, the tenants, and the work I do! I put everything into my work and have dedicated myself to the company because of my passion for the job
Cons: If you are not working one of the market rent high dollar properties your not showed appreciation no matter how hard you work. I work at one that is income regulated with a small budget so I get paid alot less than others doing the same job. When it comes to company parties such as Christmas parties, dinners or any bonuses it seems to only include certain properties. I work as many hours off the clock as I do off the clock but it's never seen! Most of the time I have worked here I have had to take on all aspects by myself being the only one there including doing the maintenance and I got to see how much that was appreciated this year with a yearly raise of $0.40. Kind of an insult!! I started out loving the company!
