I love the whole wow crew member experience the do things differently than most places they are organized and up to date in technology and are always trying to update the whole company, buildings & the way they do things.

Bittersweet.
Assistant Store Manager in Philadelphia:
Pros: I like the crew I work with. They are all great and help keep work less dreadful. The store manager is awesome, he really has strong leadership skills but also trusts that I know what I am doing and acknowledges my good work.
Cons: The people who micromanage us but live in a false reality where they believe their ideas are good ideas. They're not.
Five Below is Great.

Pros: the people I work with the children who come in
Cons: the manager and bad customers
Retail Store Assistant Manager in Wallingford:
Pros: I love doing what do merchandising is my expertise I hope to become a store manager with this company in the with in the next year the only thing I am not very satisfied about is the pay I don’t believe it is fair and I feel like I have been with the company so long I should be paid a little more fairly especially when they hire new people starting at a hire rate than me.
Cons: I feel the pay is unfair us managers work so hard that we burn ourselves out for what there’s so little hours that the managers end up doing all the work which is like ok well we know it will get done right but is it fair. I feel like the pay could be a little better
Retail General Manager (GM):
Great company to work for. Hard work but a lot of fun as well. Management is very hands on and helpful. Sadly, the downside is the pay is very low. Hard to keep employees due to lack of payroll hours and pay rates.
