What is it like working at First Choice In-Home Care?
Very good company & their union fights for its employers.
Home Care Aide in Tacoma:
Pros: Meeting new people/clients, working in the field on my own
Cons: When some of the supervisors & clients are too pushy for the caregivers to work with a certain client.
I feel it could be better.
Home Care Aide in Tacoma:
Pros: Working on my own out in the feild without a supervisor & myself present in office. Meeting new people out in the feild
Cons: The pay could be higher. Pay for travel time going into work, & healthcare coverage shouldn't have to work 80hrs just to maintain healthcare coverage.
Overworked under paid.
