Cons: Being upstairs keeps me more secluded from everyone else in the building. I would say that would be what I like least about my job but it can be beneficial to not be distracted by other coworkers.

Cons: Some days I feel their are too many people being pumped through the front desk and not enough hands on deck to give the patients the experience they are looking for. However I know we are working on this to improve.
